Merry Christmas from the Chatta team
We’d like to wish you a very Merry Christmas and a happy and successful new year.
2018 has been an exciting and successful year for Chatta and we look forward to what 2019 may bring.
There have been many highlights for us in 2018 . We’ve welcomed schools in local authority projects in Hull, Liverpool and Rochdale. We have received a number of awards including Teach Early Year’s magazine’s award for Communication,Language and Literacy, Hull and East Riding Digital Award Finalist for Global Reach , Creative England’s CE50 award and inclusion in the HundrED Global Collection. We wouldn’t have achieved any of this without our schools, nurseries and families.
We’d like to thank everyone who has supported and believed in us this year. We are building momentum and hope to welcome 150 new schools next year (Starting with 12 in Sheffield next month). We believe every child should be given every chance to succeed. We know Chatta can help in so many ways but we couldn’t do it without the dedicated support of the Chatta Champions, teachers, teaching assistants, nursery nurses and parents who use Chatta with their children.
2018’s Chatta Champion of the Year was Paula Callery, of KIngsway Primary School. Paula has worked with a large number of children who are learning to speak English as an Additional Language and has seen huge success in their outcomes and speaking and written work. She has trained a large number of staff in her school and been a true inspiration to everyone at Chatta. Congratulations Paula!
We look forward to working with more schools and nurseries in the coming year, and will be very glad to hear from you if you’d like to find out more.
With our very best wishes,
