New Year launch for Chatta in Scotland

It has been announced this week by leading children’s charity Children in Scotland that chatta will be launched in regions across Scotland in 2017. The overarching aim of this large scale project is to give children the best possible start in life and to allow the sharing of knowledge and resources to support practitioners to achieve this

Children in Scotland provides a collective voice for children, young people and families in Scotland, and strives to make a positive impact on the life of every child and improve the quality of every childhood. This is an exciting development for everyone involved with the chatta team and reflects both chatta‘s and Children in Scotland’s shared ethos, vision and values.

This has been a very busy autumn for chatta and has seen the publication evidence of chatta‘s significant impact on language development, an award for Impact in Education for chatta‘s founders and now a national launch introducing the unique chatta teaching approach in Scotland.

If you would like to know more about chatta‘s work in Scotland or are interested in being involved, there is an information workshop at Children in Scotland‘s National Conference on November 3rd.
